Wake up early in the morning and tackle the day before it tackles me.
Here’s my morning routine-
5:00 – 5:30 – Wake up with Grateful Heart then drink 500 ml of lukewarm water.
5:30 – 7:00 – Yoga and Meditation ( Isha kriya)
7:00 – 8:00 – Shower and then Read a book with a cup of tea
8:00 – 9:00 – First meal (high protein and atleast 800 calories meal)
9:00 – 10:30 – Watch videos of My favourite Sadhguru and Gaur gopal das . (I don’t touch my phone before 9 am)
I must recommend you guys to watch them .
I’m following this routine for almost 60 days and believe me guys it changed me completely in terms of both physically and mentally.
Major improvements and changes are –
1- Peaceful mind and More productivity.
2- More energy and well organized.
3- No anxiety and less anger.
4- Better understanding of mankind.
5- Less procrastination.
