Personal growth is a continuous process which needs constant application everyday.

Best part is once you start applying the process it helps you to strive better.

One of the major application is to improve your overall well being which enhances your productivity.

Let’s look into the simplest task which everybody overlook. That’s to drink at least 3 litres of water everyday which hydrates your body.

Hydrating your body helps you to relieve from headache, gives you more energy, and gives you smooth skin. The downside of drinking water is, you may end up going to the rest room more to relieve yourself.

Doing atleast 30 minutes of exercises by working out or yoga or running or swimming or dancing or playing outdoor games or sports. My personal choice is practicing yoga and meditation which helps in high level of flexibility, strengthen muscles, relieves you from anxiety, stress and enhances your mind power.

Eat whole some food especially fresh green salads  before having cooked food.

This will help in nourishing your body, better digestion, no sluggishness, improves energy and leads to better productivity.

Reduce your screen time and read books which can inspire you and gives you more awareness and clarity in life. You can choose to watch videos of Sadhguru, Dr. Deepka Chopra in Youtube on how to get more insight about life which will bring in better clarity about life and enhance your life instead of spending time on video games or watching programs in Netflix.

Before getting out of bed in the morning convey gratitude for being alive with a big smile and to the people who have helped you in whatever little way they can in your life’s journey.

Practicing meditation at least for 5 or 10 minutes every day can improve perception in life, better energy which will lead to better production and will also help you to come out of stress and anxiety.

Most important factor to have rapid personal growth in life is to take 100% responsibility of your life. Only then better possibilities will open up which will help you take right actions.

Take actions now to see the changes you want in your life. Unless, you give importance to every moment in your life, right changes to happen in your life will be distant dream.

When you don’t know something, admit it. When you admit that you don’t know, you have the advantage of seeking it and learning it.
