Crispy baked Tofu recipe
For the crispy baked tofu you’ll need:
•500gr firm tofu •1tbsp oil •1tbsp cornstarch •1tbsp soy sauce •1tsp paprika powder •1tsp garlic powder •pinch of salt & pepper •1/2tsp ginger powder
Cut your tofu into even sized cubes and press most of the water out. You can use a tofu press to do this or use a heavy weight and a towel. Put the tofu cubes in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until all the tofu is evenly coated, be careful to not crumble the tofu. Put the coated tofu on a baking tray lined with parchement paper and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius.
Flip the tofu halfway through (after 15min.). Enjoy!
I just baked my veggies in the pan with some oil and cooked the noodles according to the instructions on the package. I added some soy sauce mixed with sweet chili sauce and ginger powder to the noodles.
