Morning routine which can change your life for better
Scrolling your phone first thing in the morning is a massive trap. You can end up losing an hour right off the bat.
It’s convenient and we all want to check our likes etc. But just get out of the bed and start moving.
Go workout or make breakfast. Some of my friends keep their phone out of reach from their bed, some going as far as putting the phone in a different room.
Doom scrolling will undo you. These phones are hijacking our lives and it’s only getting worse.
