200g (8oz) lasagna
400g (16oz) beluga lentils
100g (4oz) walnuts
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, shredded
1-2 tbsp tomato paste
400g (16oz) tomato sauce
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
125ml cashew milk
Basil, garnish on top
Salt
Black pepper
