We live a complex life full of infinite choices and endless variables. This creates complexity in our thought process, whether we know it or not. If we go on living in our thoughts, we never clear away the clouds, we are just reshuffling all the time.
This is why nature forces us to sleep at night. The mind and body need to rest and escape having to continuously process information.
When we learn to meditate we bring that restful quality into our waking life. This is a game-changer. We start to find out that we don’t need to figure out everything using our brain. Our subconscious and super conscious mind can be tapped in ways that weren’t available before.
This means less thinking, less worry and less judging, while we gain more peace, understanding and a clearer creative flow.
Try it for a few months and see how it goes.
My gratitude to Mr.Brian Jones for his insight.
