Ingredients: 1 regular tomato, half box cherry tomatoes; sea salt: basil leaves: extra virgin olive oil. To make: dice tomatoes. Cut basil into strips. Combine in a bowl with ~tablespoon olive oil and generous amount of salt. Serve on toasted sourdough bread

So easy and so fresh! It was my first time making it and now is forever in my snack Arsenal.
