Vegetarian brunch skillet recipe:
To make this, you can just get
- 12oz sweet Potatoes
- 2 eggs
-16 grape tomatoes
- 6 oz oyster mushroom
- 1/2 jumbo avocado
Dice and pan fry the sweet potato and take it out, then do the same to oyster mushroom. Then do to tomato and stir with spinach when tomatoes start to explode. Immediately turn down heat and stir in sweet potato and oyster mushrooms, and add crack egg and cover. Cut your avocado and add it.
General seasoning I use here is paprika, chili powder, onion/garlic powder salt and pepper.
