Life Hack to Handle Tricky Situations Effectively

What is a life hack that you think everybody should know?

Are you are getting negative vibes about a situation or getting worked up against somebody especially with your partner?

Before getting into argument, just meditate for couple of minutes if you know anything about meditation.

Or just observe your breath for couple of minutes. 

This will help in calming your mind, bring better awareness and would be able handle any situations better.

While driving if anyone cut across your path the wrong way, don’t get into road rage.

Just smile at his action or do Namaste or Namskar like they do to greet people in India.

This will immediately make the other party guilty about his actions without getting offended.

In both the cases, the tricky situations was diffused without getting anger and taking charge of actions with better awareness.
