How can yoga practice help you in life’s tough situations?
This year in 2019 I hardly miss Yoga any day, I started learning Yoga in 2015 in a group of Yoga doers. But for long 3 years, I someday do Yoga while other days don’t but as I understand the importance of Yoga I can able to successfully accomplish it in my life.
And Yes in Dec 2018 I Promise myself that I give my best to regularly do Yoga and here is the end of Dec 2019, Proud to say that I completed this challenge. This post is going to be valid at any time.
Yoga is really beneficial especially today I am going to share the proven life experience which helps me to do yoga, not a generic answer in Google. No, I am not saying that tips and tricks of Google don’t work but there in order to rank websites, they mention tons of stuff, some work and some don’t. But here is the proven formula which help you to do Yoga regularly.
First of all, you need to Identify your How, Why and When which means how you are going to do yoga, for that you need to learn it. The best is to join a group of people where they do Yoga, otherwise, you can learn from the Internet but please from good sources.
Now Why YOGA, because it helps you be fit, healthy, Establish discipline in your life, your body gets oxidized, you will get rid of anxiety, depression, and stress. There are many benefits of Yoga. Remember Yoga helps you to fight with anxiety, depression but in our day to day life it comes in other forms, you also have to learn how to tackle this.
Now WHEN to do Yoga, I think the best time is in the early morning but at least you ensure that you allot a certain amount of time for Yoga.
Here are some tips which motivate me to do Yoga regularly:-
- End Product Motivation: Whenever my mind says that just leave doing yoga for today, I say to myself How do I feel after finishing my Yoga and If I want to get that feeling again you need to do yoga and this end product motivation helps me a lot to do yoga regularly.
- Pose Rule: Yeah to be honest If you implement something for your entire life on daily basis there are some circumstances, need which insist you to leave yoga for today and If this process repeats for a certain amount of time, you slowly forget to do Yoga.
So with pose rule even though In any circumstances you are just going to be in the pose of Yoga for at least some amount of times, this helps you to not break your continuity.
These two is the most important rule which I implemented this year and helps me to do yoga on regular basis, also don’t feel frustrated if you miss any day, may twice, thrice or something in a year. Remember don’t try to be perfect, just 99% is max enough. Now hereafter sharing this post Is I am feeling pressure to do Yoga on a regular basis. The answer is definitely not because perfection is not possible.
