How can we develop ourselves as a human being?
1. Convey gratitude to people who has guided you, everyday morning before getting out of bed.
2. Greet everyone without looking down or looking up to them, just the way they are.
3. Just do random act of kindness without expecting anything in return.
4. Whatever action you put in, do it consciously.
5. Improve quality of your sleep without any medications.
